When I entered the office this morning, people asked me what had changed, not noticing I moved a bit quiter :-)
johnp: This is a really good idea. After I set my primary focus on health and losing weight this year, I started doing this too, but unconsciously. But at best, it has been only random and inconsistent. Now that you've mentioned it, I can start doing this consciously and much more often.
