johnp: This is a really good idea. After I set my primary focus on health and losing weight this year, I started doing this too, but unconsciously. But at best, it has been only random and inconsistent. Now that you've mentioned it, I can start doing this consciously and much more often.

I've started a thread called 'Side Effects of Losing Weight' where we can brainstorm possible side effects.
