Default Update to original post:

I've another stimulating thought to include to my original post.

Over the years I've begun having more frequent feelings of this world being a dream. It was one of the only ways to explain how I perceive reality; because anything more complex and my mind starts running in circles of frustration.

I figured out my dilemma in my original post. This was the old issue I was stuck with:

I get to the point where I'm lucid in the 'dream'. I stand there with the knowledge I'm connected to everything...

Then I don't know what to do.

The answer is:

I don't have to do anything.

The feeling/judgment that I need to do an action is when I get lost back into the dream of 'reality'. Once I let go of that, I can then take action...without action. Wu wei really makes sense to me now.

It's wonderful. If you find yourself in a situation like in my original post then just let go. You already hold within you every skill/discipline you need to BE timeless lucidness. No need to fight, judge, or 'have to' do anything. BE as the dream, embrace the connection, then gently let go. From there, every no-action is perfect.

I then asked myself, "What if my imagination was so great that I actually imagined myself in chains all this time?" And when I finally understood the question, the manacles disappeared.
