i've been eating organic apples (galas are my favorite) for breakfast the last few weeks. if i'm extra hungry, i will have a spoonful of cashew or almond butter as well. it's a *great* breakfast. man, some mornings that apple tastes just like it came out of the garden of eden!
it's important that they be organic, though. the conventionally-grown (read: heinously-grown) ones just dont have the same fresh watery tart/sweetness to them.
