I like it too. The nonmotorized version fits in a backpack, and the powered version can fit inside a car and can go most anywhere. It's also the cheapest form of gliding. The main drawback is its canopy requires fairly calm winds to be safe. You could possibly find a site nearby where you could try a tandem flight for ~$100 to $150. Also, this morning Elle and I went out for our first glide in a sailplane. The wind was a little rough, but it was a good experience and we'll likely be trying it again. The club had a great little community ready to help out.
