Unless you want to do a bunch of customizing, you'll be fine with none
The only thing you might want to do on occasion -- depending on how much posting and deleting of posts you do -- is optimize or repair the DB if something goes wrong. But I've only had to do that once, and it was my host's fault, and not that of WP.
