I read yogani book (the person that the website you recommended belongs to) about meditation and started meditating since.

This video convinced me that nothing scary will happen if you meditate regurarly. It will happen naturally.
So that reassured me that nothing will go wrong if I keep meditating but not try to consciously go beyond what I am ready to see.
