In addition to untold billions upon billions of other benefits, meditation can powerfully relax the body-mind, it's free, and you can do it in one form or another almost anywhere.
The trick, of course, is that it takes a while to figure out how to actually do it, whether you have a teacher or are working off of a book or tapes or what have you.
But if you're going after that relaxed chill vibe, meditation is the best thing I've found.
