Like others have stated...

1. Exercise, weights (olympic style weightlifting) couple with some form of cardio (sprinting or jogging).
2. Clean up your diet and find foods that agree with you. Ie, with some people diary products destroy them.
3. Learn effective sstress management techniques
4. Sleep
5. Enjoy life
