My first reaction is that you should start looking for a job. If that's not possible, spend time on something that really moves you.
What's your passion?
Do you have strong political views of some kind?
Have you thought about starting a blog, or writing an outline for your future book?
Are you interested in learning to play a musical instrument?
Do you have any interesting people in your environment to talk to? If not, could you find some?
