Default Filling Your Days, and unemployment

Hey everyone,

I know its not "true" at all, but a lot of times I get the feeling that I have the opposite issues from a lot of the people here. All self-development writing talks about how get the most of your days, effective time management, and so on.

I'm a recent college grad, and now unemployed. I'm not at home with my family either, but living with some housemates in San Francisco. My issue isn't staying fit or waking up early...those things I can do without much struggle, my issue is that when I actually did wake up early, it felt nice, but then I sort of ran out of things to do by noon - 2pm ish. Waking up early isn't the problem, it's finding things to do to fill the time of these looong days.

While it might sound silly, I know, it's the struggles that I'm currently going through. Does anyone go through the same thing, or has gone through the same type of issues? Again, it's not that I can't motivate myself to wake up when I want..it's the larger issue of not having enough stuff to do to fill up the days...

How do you fill your days? And how does it relate to keeping yourself motivated?

Thanks for your advice/input!!
