Polyphasic sleep - Day 18 - Goals for this week
I am now on my 18th day on polyphasic sleep and have ran 8km and 10km before but only twice a week.
For this week I am going to try and start the first week my running schedule by running 10km on Monday,12km on Tuesday,10km on Wednesday,8km on Friday and 14km on Saturday while keeping core sleep sessions to a minimum.
So far I did my Monday morning 10km without any problems.
