Ok, I'm with you!

Two years ago I lost about 18Kg (39 pounds). I was very happy about it and was only 4Kg (8 pounds) away from my goal!

Now, today. I'm back where I started. I need to redo it all the way.

I think this is a great opportunity to get started again and to stay motivated.

I will be posting updates whenever you update. Thanks for this opportunity and Good Luck!!!

My current body measurements

Height: 1.71m (5.6 feet)
Weight: 93Kg (205 pounds)
waistline : 103cm (40,55 inches)

My goal:
Having a weight of 71Kg (156.5 pounds)
