What Arboretor said about stressed out at the price and your response was too funny. Almost made me say to myself, "$179.00 ? well, on the other hand ......."
I think the product has its points though, with it being so small and the instructions on what to do in a stressful situation. I can imagine carrying it around and using it on the spot.
I also like the idea of having something to do at the exact moment that stress hits - the exercises - otherwise it's just thumping the fingers, and darting the eyes and rethinking over and over again about what caused the stress.
I do notice that whenever my mind is affected like that, I always like to have SOMETHING to do-some type of exercise, because it distracts the mind, keeping it busy, while at the same time you're doing something useful to dissolve that stress in the first place.
If you can handle stress the way this product suggests, it would make the quality of life a lot better, that's for sure...
Umm, Wolfgang, do you know where any instructions are for building one of these?
