Doesn't sound too weird.
Had a similar experience this morning after a short LD.
Been lying in my bed after the dream has ended. All was black, i couldn't move (sleep paralysis i guess). But there were some leftovers of a dream (sounds).
This state lasted about 10-20 seconds.
I think i read that visuals are the first thing that disappear when a dream starts to end. That would explain the blackness while other impressions are still there.
How long have you been in this state?
