I've read many times that before you astral project, you should remove all jewerly.
Do you think this includes facial piercings, such as the eyebrow, nose, tongue, etc? Obviously, if you just got a piercing, you can't take it out to sleep.....
Any opinion/ personal expierience would be interesting to hear!
