what does it sound like to you? I bet it would work fine to meditate to, although there isn't any mention of that use on a web site I googled of the product. That this CD is not an entrainment type would mean the CD will not put you or entrain you into a brain wave frequency. But maybe dis-entraining incoherent fuzzy waves allows coherent meditative brain waves that you can find on your own.
