ANy relp wud require work.even a new one.yes examining your contribution to a failed relp is very important i agree.cus we'd jus end up chasing our own tail.
takes two to tango.its a mutual vision that wud make it work.so i dont particularly subscribe to the 'its all about me' thing.it isnt.its about both.
