I get this pressure a lot, although I haven't noticed if it's during lucid dreaming.
I don't have an explanation for what it is, but the pressure is in the supposed spot of the 3rd eye.
It's curious that I seem to feel the pressure at times when i'm more aware of my surroundings, more at peace. |
