there's some great books on this that I recommend you check out.
In a nutshell though;
1. do things you enjoy and that will put you in contact with the type of guys you are interested in.
2. notice guys that you are interested in and become friendly with them and determine if there is any chemistry between you
3. if there is chemistry, pursue it further. if there is no chemistry, forget him and move on the next one
