That's exactly what I was looking for. Just a little reassurance that I was doing the right thing. I have fasted for a couple days at a time and very much look forward to the opportunity to go 2 - 4 weeks. But as long as there is no health risk in maybe water fasting 1 day a week and like I said eating extremely light, then I will continue to do so.
I imagine that once my BMI factor or my weight gets lower and lower I will then need to consider ensuring I get my proper amounts of nutrients.
