if you go into meditation fearing that you will run into them, then they will come.
but if you don't feel fear, and you are happy then you're pretty much safe. if they do ever get a hold of you -- mind you i got snapped up by something once and you still have control as far as i know -- just decide what they've done isn't for you and leave. its really draining and i suggest avoiding it because you will need to nap after!
this happened because i wasn't JUST meditating. but as erin said. if they are around, raise your vibration and they disappear.
