Personal Development for Smart People Forums - View Single Post - Good non-English forums?

I love the forums here, but I'd really be interested in finding some good forums in Spanish and/or French so that I could build some language skills. If you know good forums for other languages, post those too!

Mainly it would be nice if the forums were pretty high-traffic and fairly "mature" -- the less trolling and immature sexual humor the better. It would be nice if there were a pretty wide variety of topics, and at least some of them on the philosophical side. A forum exclusively on cars or sports or music (for instance) wouldn't interest me. But then again, a forum on nutrition or anthropology or parenting probably would, so if you know of a good active forum just let me know and I'll check it out.

Anyone have any ideas? I've found Google to be fairly useless for finding something like this.
