I feel trapped in a negative environment. I work part-time to help fund my education, but I feel like a prisoner. The staff are uneducated and immature. Even the managers are no better. They're rude and devious, they expect you to bend over backwards to help them out, yet they're unwilling to give you any of their time.
I'm about acceptance and encouragement, but lots of other employees (including managers) never have a nice word to say, it's always an insult or criticism. Is this normal in the workplace? Should I just try to ignore it? |
If you see rude people around you (even if it is at work) it means that you still have negativity in you. If you let go of all the negativity you will not be able to spot negativity in others.
Negative people would never surround you if you are completely positive. As you are still negative, you are a vibrational match for everyone that has the negativity as their dominating attitude.
Try to focus your attention on positive things and try to see good in others instead of concentrating on what is wrong with them.
Separation is the cause that keeps you searching for negative trends in others.
When you understand that we are all the same consciousness, you will start looking for good features in everyone and traits that connect us.
Keep working on your personal development and if you keep at it you will eventually let go of all the negativity. All the problems will dissapear as they were never there in the first place.
