This kind of shocked me. Not for the content, or the words but just because it reflects some more disturbing beliefs within. You are restrained by fears you have, and these fears are what stops you from sleeping well. If you are scared of rape, what else are you scared of? And how did this belief come about? What other beliefs do you have?
There's a lot more going on here than just the sleep issues.
