About the vomiting and headaches, I don't think that's sleep related. If that persists or gets worse, you need to go see a doctor. Really. Go.

As for the sleep, some people just don't need very much to function. Are you tired/feel sleep deprived? If not, then your sleep may not be an issue. If you are tired and still can't sleep, and you don't want to take pills to sleep, then make sure you're practicing good sleep hygiene.

Do you consume caffeine? If so, stop it and see if that helps. The half-life of caffeine in the body is 5 hours for most people. For some, it's been measured to be as long as 30 hours. If your body metabolizes caffeine at a slow rate, then a single cup of joe in the morning could keep you up at night. Same goes for caffeinated sodas. Try Chamomille tea before bed (if you're not on blood thinners or an aspirin regimen). Kava Kava is supposed to help with sleep, if you can get it. I've not tried it personally, though.

If you think you're practicing good sleep hygiene and you're still not satisfied with your sleep, then go talk to a doctor about it. Maybe go to a sleep clinic if one is nearby, or see a doctor who specializes in sleep.
