Well, everyone has different sleeping patterns, it all depends on what your life style is like and whether it's impact is positive or negative. If you are only sleeping for 4 hours every two days, that could mean your body has adjusted so it doesn't need any more. Do you feel tired all the time? Do you feel sore or sick on a regular basis? Do you feel sleep deprived? If you aren't sleep deprived then I wouldn't worry about it too much.
