I'd go for something like Real Salt, from the salt flats of Utah. Unlike most salts, it hasn't been heavily heated and processed. One easy way to tell the difference is that it isn't pure white. Once you've found it, following through is a fairly easy goal to accomplish, as it tastes much better, as Wandering Oak mentions. You can find it at Whole Foods or online.
