Around here, it is only available in health food stores, and not in all of them.
This is the brand that I buy. It costs about the same for me locally, so that is where I prefer to buy it.
Edit- I take that back, it costs less locally, at least for the shaker jar. Your best bet is to buy the 1 pound sack and use a salt-grinder.
