Holy cow! I just tried that book's cream of tomato soup recipe. Now, I grew up on Campbell's cream of tomato soup. I lived on that stuff. And it was difficult switching to soy milk instead of regular milk. If I had ever tried this lady's raw version... heck, screw soy milk! This stuff is great.
Anyway, I just had to share that. I had no idea a raw version of a classic recipe would be so damn tasty.
