Hi again NightDiamond. When I first started doing this I used to use a 30 minutes cd of drumming and sometimes rattling. With those, I ended up taking some really memorable 'journeys'. The only thing is they were pretty deep and didn't make too much sense to me, kind of. They were interesting though. What I am looking for now is something that will help with the "where did that 30minutes to an hour go' sort of feeling. So I can do some LOA stuff as well. Of course seeing lights and being visited by a spirit guide would be a bonus :-)
