Hi there! Northern NJ is where I live too, and I'm working on building up my business as well. You're right that it's very expensive to live here, hence I'm living with family right now. I lived in central NJ for a short while but it's expensive there as well (although certainly not as bad as here). But if you really want to save money you have to go all the way to Delaware.
