That doesn't really help me right now.
I would like to hear your favorite tactics to get rid of it quickly.
1. Tell your (sub-conscious) mind, that a "cold" is NOT common;
so when some virus targets you, your (sub-conscious) mind is to neutralize it.
2. when you failed taking Good-care of yourself, & do fall
-then within 24 hrs. of any symptoms
, take homeopathic Zinc Gluconate Lozenges (
in many Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Studies, it was discovered, that -
The Zinc group had significantly fewer days with coughing, headache, hoarseness, nasal congestion, nasal drainage, and sore throat.
3. drink very-warm self-made concoction of (pure Lemon-juice, with honey) before bed,
plus water seperately during day
Also (Steamed inhaled salt water) often clears it in one day,
but most people won't take the 1/2 hour to do it.
