Angry I will not eat meat again!

Just wanna share with you guys something (because my friends will think I'm crazy if I told them and I'm really want to share my experiences)

4 days ago I've decided to try and meat again for at least 21 days because I want to see the effect.
As you guys can see from the title... I've had some nasty experience with it...
I've became a vegan for... months now (can't remember the exact date) and I wasn't even aware of the many positive effects it have on my body. For starters, I was able to sleep 5.30-6.30 hours per day w/o depending on any external stimulus.

Now, back to my meat eating experience... it was terrible. Sure, the meat is somewhat delicious compared to my vegan diet and I have more choices... but, the last 2 days I woke up feeling tired and groggy. It seem that my body need more sleep but my body have already programmed itself to wake up 6 hours later. I can see that my productivity level dropped and most of the time I feel tired. I can't think clearly (I've wasted a lot of time today).

Anyway, the point is I found that meat eating bring many negative effects to the body. And it would be very bad because I'm about to attempt polyphasic sleep, for now I only want to read the experiences of polyphasic sleepers...

Vegetables rules! Maybe I should try raw food diet next.
