What to expect in first 3 days of raw diet
Hey all,
Thanks to the recommendation of somebody on these forums (I don't remember who!) of the book Raw Food Made Easy, I ordered it and want to start integrating more raw foods in my diet -- possibly eating raw 4 days a week.
However, I don't know what to expect over the first three days of eating raw foods. Specifically, do you experience intense hunger or cravings? And also, as I'm watching my diet right now and I know how high calorie nuts and dried fruit are, will eating raw food with a lot of raw nuts involved (almond milk, salad dressings made with nuts, etc.) or a lot of dried fruit keep me from achieving weight loss?
