Sleeping 10+ Hours
I have been noticing I've been sleeping for over the recommended times. I sleep anywhere from 10 to 14 hours depending on the day, unless I have some purpose to go without sleep. Is this due to the fact that I am sleeping too much or is this also due to metabolism? I've gotten this problem cured in the past, while I was working. However right now when not having structure or activity as I once did it has gone back to being long hours.
