I was thinking about this topic for the past few days and decided to jump on board also. I'm going to give all my hard liquor (that I sipped on once in a few weeks at most away) and will let everyone know what I'm doing.

Thanks for the response. Mostly I'm basically eating what even most conventional docs would recommends. Lots of fruits and veggies, less fats, more whole grains instead of refined, less alcohol and less processed/chemical additive stuff.
What I find is it challenges a lot of people's notions of "I'll eat anything if it 'tastes' good to me," they get defensive about the idea in an offensive way.
