Out of all the blogs and sites you read, regardless of subject, who is the best writer?
I am sick of reading all the web chatter blogs with unsubstantial posts and countless links. It's basically a huge gossip ring, no one is actually saying anything. I wish more people would take on important life topics like Steve.
My favorites of the moment:

Violent Acres - This lady knows how to rip someone a new one, and when she does so she is usually right.

dooce - Very funny writing about daily life

Also, The Show with Ze Frank, a video blog (
