I'm three days in now of sleeping a core block of 2-5 am, with three 20 minute naps. I wake up from the naps refreshed however the wake up from the longer one is much harder. I do wake up though after a bit and am working on keeping busy to stay awake. My eyergy in general is high and I'm sparkly (people have notived this).
Things I've learned...
1) No lying down to read when I'm tired
2) Drink water on waking
3) Try to keep the same areas for napping during the day (my off site naps haven't been nearly as good)
I find myself wondering why I am doing this, but have committed to one month and will see it through.
