After reading 100,000 words of Steve's writing, you don't think it's possible that you could project your own issues onto him? He's already shown himself to be a difficult patient, including directly rebuffing your own therapeutic efforts! Very resistant to therapy!
This must be an aspect of his disorder - failing to submit to the authority of the therapist!
Perhaps you should get a second opinion from a colleague?
