Default Moves

To keep the hoop going, you have to push it front and back, and if it is going counter clockwise, you'll need to push more with your left side (and opposite for clockwise.)

There are a lot of moves you can do with a hula hoop. It can go around the waist, the hips, up the chest, over the arms, around the neck and shoulders, around the knees, and over the head. It really is a challenge to keep it going and to figure out how to move the body in new ways to succeed. It's a mind-body melder, and an inspiring one at that.

Here is a good link to some cool hula hoop videos: How to do a one should hooping hula hoop move | Wonder How To

This link starts with the coolest "hula around the shoulder only" move, but there are more videos on the sides to start with.

I do know the Burn Unit!!!! They are way awesome! Especially the fire balls they make.

Have fun, everyone!!!!
