Very nice article that fits very well with a lot of things people are trying to incoporate at these forums. It's also interesting to see how in a lot of those steps they advocate intending change or thinking about it from a positive mindset.
One thing I'm interested in hearing is regarding the February change. Has anyone else done this and heard of such benefits?
