Here, have my little software program. Related to a memorization technique used in getting LD's, this simply brings itself into the front every 10 minutes, popping up a dialog asking if you are awake or not. After seeing this dialog box a lot, you might see such a box appearing in your dreams at some point.

The software is Open Source (BSD), Delphi 6 Source code included. The executable is for Windows (XP?) only. Have fun, and please comment if this works for you.
