I've been hula hooping for a while and have learned some awesome moves - plus I've been toning and losing weight while I hoop to my favorite music. It has truly been an astonishing experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone who does not love traditional exercise or is looking for a way to break out of the norms.
Truly, this is not only a great work out, but it is fun and so great to get to the new levels. My mind also appreciates the challenge, I've noticed.
