Default Positive affirming

Hello,
I am happy that your family member is getting better. In case you are interested I thought I would share some of my own experiences concerning this. For me positive affirmation is just another word for prayer. So much has been expressed and disputed about this phenomenon known as the Law of Attraction and there are a few things that I wish to impart to you that I have discovered during my own experiences with this. First many tell you how to formulate your thoughts and how to write your mantras but very often I find they do not express the importance of the emotional content and intent. Expressing a thought precisely and without lack in it is paramount but you must feel it too. I would suggest you find someplace quiet and sit with your body in a comfortable position on a chair. Try and keep from slouching or tilting your head back too far but remain relaxed. Notice your breathing and stay with it for at least 5 minutes. You may notice that your mind switches into overdrive or your body becomes restless, this is to be expected and will pass with practice. After you have tried this a few times you may notice that you can see your thoughts much more clearly and they may even alarm you because they are contrary to what you "think" you think about but this to is normal and ok. Formulate your wish in your minds eye and add as much positive feelings as you can muster without being fake or desperate as that will spoil your wish. try this for a week 3 times a day for at least 10 minutes. Do not become alarmed at the negative thoughts you have and if you catch them actively turn the bad thought around and remake it into something positive. This will feel fake and those doubts must be allowed but not believed. DOUBT THE DOUBT!!!
I have just told you how to begin to meditate and if you follow your breathing you will notice that not only do you stop thinking, you feel more alive and at peace. We do not realize, as human beings walking around in the world watching TV and texting our friends ,how habitually negative we really are. I could write pages of information here but that would just vex you and I merely wish to give you a hand with your poor dog.
One last thing is this, The real part of you, the consciousness, the one who drives your body and watched as you wrote this request does not have any fear or doubt. These things are like all things here in this reality, they belong to the world of form in this case thought forms. If for some reason you beloved friend does not get better, try to remember that the real part of yourself has only one goal, to find a way to bring this world and the world where we all come from, together using your body as a doorway. When bad things happen they are for a reason and even though pain and sorrow are uncomfortable and undesirable they are sometimes necessary for our own further spiritual development and growth. Nothing is ever truly destroyed it only changes form but the love we give to those we care for is beyond all we experience and is the only real thing here. That being said, practice makes perfect! I wish you and your dear friend all the best.

When one door closes another one opens!
Peace be unto you
