Don't know why I forgot to mention this.... although the default in Wordpress is NOFOLLOW, I've installed one of the add-ons which disable this. That means my
presentation skills blog passes on the link-love to anyone who comments. In other words, if you comment you not only contribute but you get a valid inbound link to your website which Google likes.
