Holding yourself accountable through your blog is a FANTASTIC start. Good luck. Keep posting and check your weight twice a week. You've obviously done the math so as long as your losing 2 lbs a week/ 8 lbs a month you WILL achieve your goal. Take it one week at a time and let the math do the rest.
