Wrong. You BELIEVE that you are not your computer or your roommate's guitar. This is because all of us accept the ILLUSION OF SEPARATION required in order to experience reality from infinite perspectives.

If the nature of God is truly "all that is," that then means that we are all God and God is the sum of each and every thing in existence. To believe otherwise is to accept an objective universe as reality, rather than subjective.

Imagine yourself alone in a massive, perhaps infinitely large room where every surface is covered with video screens. Each screen shows a completely unique angle on the universe, and each is of interest to you.

However, you have but two eyes, and it's not possible for you to view every screen at once. You know that to truly experience each angle and what it has to offer, you must isolate your focus to one screen at a time. How can you possibly do this and still have time to experience every screen?

Since you cannot get the full experience of each screen without dividing your attention, the only answer then is to DIVIDE YOURSELF.

Because you exist in a non-physical realm where thought becomes reality instantly, you are able to divide your personality into infinite duplicates of yourself. But in order to maximize focus on each screen, your duplicates must remain ignorant of all the other screens, so you create blinders for each duplicate so that everyone believes they are the only one in the room with the only screen to watch.

But you created each duplicate to that they are psychically connected to you and to each other so that all information gathered will find its way back to you, the original. Then you realize that as each duplicate completes its viewing, it also creates a brand-new perspective, and now a screen already viewed can be viewed again but from a duplicate that has itself been augmented from its previous viewing angle. And so the eternal cycle continues.

Each and every thing is a unique viewpoint for God to observe and express himself within reality. Each expression alters the sum of creation creating brand-new viewpoints that must be experienced by all other viewpoints. In turn, each expression also observes reality in a unique way that also must be experienced by all other observers. This includes not only human viewpoints, but animal, plant, and even inanimate mineral matter. All things have consciousness of one degree or another, to include the computer you're typing on and your roommate's guitar.

You merely believe you are separate from these things because your current purpose is to observe reality through your current human personality. The guitar has consciousness, admittedly quite limited consciousness, but it's there nonetheless because All That Is is comprised of the One God Consciousness expressing Itself in an infinite number of vibrational states.

Either that, or there was once NOTHING in existence from which came EVERYTHING as a result of a huge cosmic explosion. When you can scientifically prove that physical matter can be conjured up out of pure nothingness -- which so far is impossible -- then I might be tempted to consider the existence of an objective universe.
