Brief update on the right thread... :)
I just thought I would throw my Day 8 experience on this thread where it actually belongs. Today has been going great and I am especially relieved since I was told this was the hardest period. No oversleeping or drowsiness at all.
And there is one development that I have been very excited about. The last two naps I have taken (one at 12:00 PM and one at 4:30 PM), I set my alarm for 25 minutes and then went to nap. Naturally, I woke up about 10 minutes before my alarm went off, feeling more energized then any previous day, including oversleeping incidents. I feel like I have made it over a hump as I am truly starting to reap the benefits of the schedule. I am still wary of tonight's problematic hours (4:00 am to 8:00 am) but I think if my nap quality stays where it is, I shouldn't have too much trouble.
School, here I come!
