There are a lot of books out there to help develop one's abilities - as well as local classes (see your community college, bookstores which handle metaphysical books, etc.) - and online classes. Just make sure you are comfortable with the teacher/instructor and/or books. If something feels wrong or off, then it's probably not for you (find someone else and/or another book).
