Indeed, though I would say "fake" isn't a real concept to somebody who's happy to manipulate others. I don't know if this will make sense to many people but from that person's perspective the only thing that matters is whether it works. Besides, I suppose, how easy it is to apply and replicate, everything else is irrelevant.
